The Model 400 HP High Performance Plain Sewing System is specifically engineered to meet high-production demands. It has a corrosion-resistant finish for enduring the most challenging industrial environments. The unique pedestal design makes it compact, easily moveable, and minimizes vibration while maximizing performance. Photoelectric sensors provide for instant start/stop that maximizes bag-closing performance, eliminating the need for slower and less-durable mechanical switches. It’s capable of speeds up to 80 feet per minute @ 2 stitches per inch (SPI) depending on operational parameters, product type, and bag material¹. It features the Fischbein Model 200 totally-enclosed, pressurized, self-lubricating sewing head that protects moving parts from dust, so you will get years of trouble-free service. Swing-away sewing head makes threading quick and easy, as well as providing full access for easy cleaning and removal. The Model 400HP is the perfect solution for closing multi-wall paper, woven polypropylene, and jute open-mouth bags on high-production bagging lines.
