Fischbein Model 400T NS Bag Sewing Pedestal

Designed specifically for multi-wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene bags, the Model 400T NS Tape Sewing System can reach operating speeds as high as 55 feet per minute @ 2.5 stitches per inch (SPI), depending on operational parameters, product type, and bag material1. It features the Fischbein Model 101 totally-enclosed, pressurized, self-lubricating sewing head that protects moving parts from dust, so you’ll get years of trouble-free service. Swing-away sewing head makes threading quick and easy, as well as providing full access for easy cleaning and removal. Tape/thread cutter is activated by a PLC-controlled photoelectric eye at the completion of each sewing cycle, and the tape folder automatically guides and positions tape to ensure a secure closure. Accommodates bags 4" to 26" wide, up to 45" high empty, flat or with any size gusset.
