Ideal for semi- or fully-automated open-mouth bagging, the Model 500T HPS Synchronous Tape Sewing System is quality engineered to provide years of high-speed, high volume service in the most demanding production applications. It has a corrosion-resistant finish for enduring the toughest industrial environments, and the unique pedestal design makes the system compact, easily moveable, and minimizes vibration while maximizing performance. The fully synchronous variable-speed drive is complemented with automatic synchronization of the sewing head, infeed system, and conveyor to create perfect sewn tape closures at speeds up to 75 linear feet-per-minute, depending on operational parameters, product type, and bag material1. Sewing speed can be instantly changed with pushbutton simplicity. The system features the Fischbein Model 201 totally-enclosed, pressurized, self-lubricating sewing head that protects moving parts from dust, so you’ll get years of trouble-free service. Swing-away sewing head makes threading quick and easy, as well as providing full access for easy cleaning and removal. Ideal for bagging animal feed, pet food, grains, lentils, sugar, flour, food, coffee, chemicals, minerals, and similar products into multi-wall paper, woven, and laminated woven polypropylene bags. The system can be partnered with Fischbein trim-collection systems.
