Union Special 80800C Plain Sewing Head
Easily adaptable to most existing bag-filling systems and designed for medium- to heavy-duty production environments, the 80800 C Plain Sewing Head is a single-needle, plain drop-feed, vertically-mounted machine fitted with a mechanically-operated chain cutter. It sews 2-to-3 stitches per inch (3 stitches being standard) at speeds up to 2200 stitches per minute, depending on operational parameters, product type, and bag material1. The 88800C can accommodate both small and large filled bags made of burlap, jute, cotton, paper and plastic, or woven polypropylene bags.
