APM Model VBS-3/8-DH-10 Band Sealer

The DH-10 is a USDA-approved vertical rotary band sealer designed for pouch and bag materials that are difficult to seal. It uses special heavy-duty, wear-resistant laminated Teflon® bands to produce consistent, secure, hermetic seals 1/8", 1/4", or 3/8" wide. The DH-10 can achieve speeds up to 45 feet per minute in medium to heavy-duty applications (without a bag top trimmer), depending on operational parameters, product type, and bag material1. It incorporates dual 5"-long heating sections (capable of 500° F) and dual 5"-long cooling sections, which together allow the system to seal a wide range of the most challenging materials. Dual digital temperature controls with PID maintain consistent heat. Simple on/off switching allows generation from front, rear, or both heaters as required by the material to be sealed. Comes mounted on a heavy-duty crank-adjustable floor stand. Chrome-plated sealing assembly, nickel-plated cooling section, anodized aluminum chassis, and stainless steel shafting ensure durability and reliability in harsh industrial environments.
