Doboy Model HS-2 Series Band Sealer
The HS-BII and HSCII are manual hand-held units designed to provide an attractive uniform heat-seal at speeds up to 200 inches per minute, depending on operational parameters, product type, and bag material1. Temperature and pressure can be adjusted to meet specific package requirements. Thus, materials are sealed at precise temperature, pressure, and dwell for secure, positive, hermetic seals. Compression rollers offer separate drives to assure wrinkle-free seals, and a timing belt assures positive grip of material for precise, clean, and quiet operation. Temperature indicator signals when machine is up to desired sealing temperature, and the brushless AC motor provides high durability to maximize your productivity while minimizing your downtime. The HS-CII includes cooling bars that allow immediate handling of the seal. For supported films such as cellophane, glassine, paper laminates, and military materials.
Note: Shown with optional cast base for table top mounting. Temperature safety guards have been removed for viewing purposes in right hand picture. Always operate equipment with all safety guards in place.
