Saxon Model SH 2000 Hot Air Sealer
The SH-2000 Hot-Air Sealer is a ruggedly-constructed, ultra-efficient, multi-purpose hot-air sealer that can be used as a free-standing unit, mounted on an adjustable column with a mobile trolley, or incorporated with a conveyor system. Its proven hot-air technology eliminates the need for traditional sealing bands. This new-generation hot-air sealer features the latest in PID temperature control, an innovative direct-drive system, and a 20% greater heating capacity for sealing thicker polyethylene bags and pouches. The innovative airflow design precisely directs ambient air through specially-designed heater capsules to heat and focus the hot airflow onto the bag to initiate the sealing process. Easy-to-use controls such as variable-speed drive and motorized sealing-height adjustment allow product changeovers to be made quickly & easily. With its compact, durable, stainless steel housing, the versatile SH2000 is the ideal solution for a wide variety of sealing applications that include the food, medical and chemical industries. The standard SH2000 has a right-to-left operating direction and creates seal widths from 6 to 9 millimeters.
