ESP Fleximation Model 2001 Small Bag Hanger
Easily and automatically fill a wide range of bag sizes with the Model 2001 Automatic Bag Placer at speeds of 16 to 20 bags per minute, depending on bag quality, flow rates, and your operational parameters1. It’s a flexible automatic system that can handle a wide variety of flat-bottomed paper, Mylar, and plastic bags ranging from 6 to 12 inches wide and 10 to 24 inches long. Settings on the machine are extremely easy to adjust for different size bags—just a quick turn adjusts for differing lengths and widths. The Fleximation 2001 is particularly efficient when mated to the ESP 5GV Net Weighing Scale. It can be retrofitted to virtually any existing bag filling system, and supplied with a variety of feeders to handle a multitude of free-flowing products that are non-dusty and non-fluidic.
