Rice Lakes Weighing Roughdeck® Floor Scale

Designed and engineered for industrial applications where durability and high accuracy are a must, the legal-for-trade RoughDeck Floor Scale & Indicator features a 4 x 4 foot diamond treadplate deck of painted steel mounted over a rigid 6 inches steel channel frame. This provides exceptional rigidity, and the unique channel structure protects underside components from being ripped out or otherwise damaged: all essential qualities for enduring the constant abuse of forklifts and pallet jacks. Unlike less-engineered scales, the RoughDeck features a mounting plate welded to its channel frame (instead of the deck plate), thus minimizing deflection of the load cell. As well, specially engineered “sandwich design” feet built of steel and neoprene eliminate residual side loads, ensuring excellent return to zero. Rugged NEMA-4 junction boxes protect sensitive circuitry from moisture. Configured, corner-trimmed, and calibrated for 5,000 divisions, this system comes complete with an indicator tilt stand and a 20 foot load-cell cable designed for hostile environments. Full-featured digital weight indicator has simple 5 button operation.
