Choice Series 500 Bulk Bag Filler

Featuring a specially-designed product flow gate powered by gravity with a totally enclosed product flow path from the supply hopper into the bag, the 500 Series IBC filler is one of the cleanest-filling gross-weighing fillers in the industry, and is probably the cleanest when equipped with its optional air-operated dust-tight bag-filling spout. It can fill bags from 1000 - 4400 pounds at speeds up to 25 bags per hour, depending on operational parameters and optional equipment, with accuracies up to +/- 0.5% of target weight, based on product flow and the consistency of bulk density.¹ Designed for flowing powders and granular materials in low-humidity environments, in applications where bags are closed by hand—this machine does not actually close or seal bags. Ideal for fertilizers, corn, soybeans, salt, sugar, sand, limestone, refractory materials, plastic pellets, and similar products.
