The Model PCF-4000 Bag Filling System can be custom built to fit any application. The bag clamp bars and stainless steel support posts are pre-drilled at 2" increments to accommodate most any size bags. Product can be fed into the system by virtually any means: screw feeder, pneumatic conveying, system gate, or any other method you require. The batch controller provides two different speed outputs for faster and slower filling. Pre-act compensation adjusts the final cutoff point to account for material in suspension.

Analog output for speed control can be supplied to adjust speed of screw type feeders that require 4-20ma or 0-10 VDC input for speed control whether for precise weighments, or non-weigh applications such as interplant transfers or hauling waste materials. It features a pneumatically assisted drum-filling arm that allows the operator to fill single or multiple drums on a single pallet. Ideal for dry pelleted, flaked, granular, or powdered products such as seeds, grains, chemical powders, concrete blends, and similar materials
