The first significant innovation in bagging scales in over a decade, the Hamer Model 600NW Net Weigh Scale is specifically designed for corrosive industrial applications. Combining robust design with increased accuracy and high-speed operation, it incorporates almost twice as much steel as competing designs. The 600NW can efficiently handle a wide range of free-flowing and semi-free flowing materials at speeds up to 24 bags per minute on standard models, and even faster when equipped with optional Servo controls, depending on your operational parameters. Direct-mount precision load cells combined with state-of-the-art microprocessing electronics and the exclusive Trueweigh™ dampening system ensure greater speed and accuracy, especially relative to traditional scales that use transfer rods, flexures, and suspended hoppers. Maintenance and cleanout are fast and simple thanks to straightforward design and sophisticated electronics that require fewer moving parts, combined with completely removable access doors on the scale and feeder. Soft-touch keys and digital readouts on the operator's panel allow you to control surge hopper level, cleanout mode, setup parameters, and make simple adjustments for changes in bulk density. Available in simplex or duplex configurations with either hand-bagging chute options or automated form/fill/seal bagging machines.
