Weigh Right PMB 3600 Vibratory Net Weigher Bagger

Need speed, accuracy, and reliability? The PMB 3601 and 3602 large-volume weighers are the obvious choice for filling bags, boxes, and rigid containers with large volumes of food and nonfood products. Available in automatic and semiautomatic configurations, both feature state-of-the-art microprocessing electronics with bulk and dribble settings, a strain-gauge load cell system sensitive to .02 pounds, and sanitary stainless steel (304) contact surfaces. The 3601 uses a 2-cubic foot supply hopper and is capable of a single-dump speed of 2 weighments-per-minute for 50 pound bags, the 3602 uses a 4-cubic foot hopper and is capable of a single-dump speed of 4 weighments-per-minute for 50 pound bags, each depending on operational parameters. Accuracies are as high as zero to 0.02 pounds over, based on product flow and the consistency of bulk density.¹ Even greater speeds can be achieved for free-flowing products when a gravity feed and vibratory tray are installed on either the 3601 or 3602. Ideal for IQF foods, pet foods, grains or seeds, nutmeats, candies, snack foods, plastic pieces, chemicals, and more.
