Chantland Model V Series Closing Conveyor

The Chantland V Series is a dual belt, V trough, bag closing conveyor designed to hold bags in the upright position of easier sewing or sealing. Both the roller and slider bed configurations are available in lengths from 8’-24’. Constructed of heavy duty 12-ga. steel for durability, the V Series is also available in stainless steel for food ingredient applications. A unique feature of the V Series is its enclosed drive box which protects the assembly in harsh plant environments. Variable belt speed and height adjustments allow the V Series to be quickly re-configured to handle a wide variety of bag type and sizes.

• Transfers filled bags in an upright position through sewing head closer

  • 6" wide (for less than 60 lbs)
  • 10" wide (for greater than 60 lbs)
• 1 HP drive system with heavy-duty shielded roller chain to drive shaft
• Totally enclosed fan-cooled 1 HP motor
• Standard 35 ft-per-minute conveyor speed
• 8' standard length
