Chantland Model V Series Closing Conveyor
The V Series is a dual-belt sewing conveyor designed to convey filled bags through a closing system equipped with a sewing head. It is particularly suited for keeping inherently unstable bagged products in an upright position. Roller bed is standard and slider bed is available for certain applications. Standard length conveyor is 8 feet, with longer units available up to 24 feet. Dual 6 inches or 10 inches wide black PVC belts are standard. The 1 HP drive system operates at 35 feet-per-minute. For multi-wall, textile, and polyethylene bags. The V Series is available with a hand-cranked or motorized vertical lift that allows the operator to easily adjust working height.
