Rapat Series HDV Closing Conveyor
The dual V-belt design of the Series HDV makes it particularly suitable for bagged products that are inherently unstable and difficult to keep upright. Standard belts are smooth PVC and each 8 inches wide. Operating speed is 40 feet per minute. The 12-gauge formed & welded steel slider bed provides maximum bag support. Standard length conveyor is 8 feet with longer units available up to 14 feet. Heavy-duty shafts, bearings, and framework ensure years of dependable service in the most rugged bagging environments. An optional dual-screw jack assembly manually adjusts belt-top heights to accommodate a full range of bagged products (motorized electric lift also available).

- Totally enclosed fan-cooled motor:
- ½ HP for 8' through 10' lengths
- 1 HP for 11' through 14' lengths
