Omni Metalcraft Model GPHS 1.9 Gravity Roller Conveyor
Designed for use in permanent installations, the Model GPHS 1.9 is a cost-effective solution for carrying your light to medium weight packages. Available in custom designs with special features to meet the precise requirements of your specific application: there are 27 different between-frame widths (from 13 inches to 29 inches in 1 inch increments). The 1.9 inch rollers have 7/16 inch spring-retained axles, can be spaced apart eight different distances depending on your load requirements, and mounted either high (slightly above the frame) to accommodate loads larger than the conveyor width, or low (completely within it). The 3½ inches x ½ inch galvanized 10-gauge steel flange has bolt-in cross members and can be equipped with either 5 foot or 10 foot support centers.
STANDARD FEATURES

- Can be equipped with either 5' or 10' support centers
- Bolt-on couplers for using multiple sections
- 260 lb maximum load per roller
- 3,300 lb uniformly distributed load capacity on 5' support centers
- 1,200 lb uniformly distributed load capacity on 10' support centers
