Omni Metalcraft Model PTBC Power Belt Curve

Available in 45°, 90°, and 180° curves, the Model PTCB Power Belt Curve is used to transport and orient products of various sizes, shapes, and weights. The belt is mechanically guided at the outside rail with a nylon tire bearing to provide positive traction. Standard conveying speed is 60 feet-per-minute at belt centerline with faster speeds available up to 300 feet-per min.  Rigid welded construction and 10 gauge welded steel frame ensure long-lasting trouble-free service. Available in up to 48 inches widths in 1 inch increments.

  • 10-gauge welded steel frame and slider bed pan
  • Polyester carcass belt with black PVC cover
  • Tapered roller end-pulleys
  • Up to 48" width in 1" increments
  • Standard 4" structural channel legs with 4" of adjustment (available up to 36" top-of-belt)
  • Tapered ¼" pulley with ¼" vulcanized lagging
  • Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings on drive and tail pulleys
  • Totally enclosed, fan cooled motor with sealed worm speed reducer
