Highlight Predator XS Stretch Wrapper

The Predator XS is designed with groundbreaking standard features such as Select Stretch, which allows you to change quickly between 200% or 250% pre-stretch gear ratios, and automatic film cutting at the end of the wrap cycle. The side-mounted carriage with Fast Film feed allows for quick and easy film threading. Advanced film delivery automatically adjusts to load size and applies film force evenly to the load. State-of-the-art electronic control is provided by Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1200 PLC. The large 65 inches diameter turntable has front & rear forklift ports for easy portability around your facility. Has 80 inches wrap height capacity. Available in high and low profile models.

    • Cycle counter records number of loads wrapped and assists in scheduling maintenance
    • Top & bottom wrap counters place additional film for extra load stability
    • Table home indicates that table is in the home position
    • Carriage speed up/down adjustment allow for faster wrapping cycles, less film use, and more flexible wrapping patterns
    • Table jog rotates the turntable with the push of a button
    • Carriage auto/banding allows spiraling up & down or banding to reinforce the load in selected positions
    • Carriage raise/lower moves film carriage up or down
    • Mode selector easily changes wrapping patterns for lower cost and better film utilization
