- Clean design for better product put-through, and easier access for clean up
- Straighter body walls, new interface between feeder and weigh hopper, and clam shell opening on weigh hopper combine to provide the latest in clean scale operation
- Product changes are handled through the micro-processor quickly and accurately, by way of a linear actuator. Codes are keyed in, flow gates are set by the machine and packaging accuracy and speed rates are optimized automatically
- Compatible with a variety of proven scale feeding arrangements
- Controls provide for bulk and dribble weigh accuracy plus optimum speed
- Best for packages 20# and up
- Speeds of up to 20 weighments or more per minute, depending on product
- Accuracy of 1½ oz. @ 2 sigma typical on granular products, 3-4 oz. @ sigma typical on molasses feed
STANDARD FEATURES - Mild steel construction
- Epoxy painted
OPTIONS - Available in simplex or duplex configuration to fit your production and capital requirements
- Variety of feeders:
gravity bulk/gravity dribble feed or gravity bulk/vibratory dribble feed or two speed belt or shutter type or auger feeders - Optional printer where check weighing and run information on each bagging run can be printed
- Choice of either FASTRAC II or FASTRAC III control systems:
FASTRAC II includes a comprehensive data link with your in-plant computer system. There is no limit on the number of special formulas or programs that can be quickly downloaded to the scale system for immediate bagging. Data is constantly uploaded, as well as sent in short burst mode to the uplink computer. This data link is very programmable and will work with most data collection formats. It also has an easier set-up menu system including faster key inputs; set-up can be scrolled forward and back to make changes in the program more quickly. Unnecessary messages have been eliminated. Changes to a program can now be made more quickly as the need arises. New higher resolution A/D converter with up to 16 bits. Start-up self-test routine to prevent bagging until a valid program has been loaded. FASTRAC III includes all FASTRAC II features plus: A help feature to allow easier training of new operators. It is able to store up to 15 programs. It protects stored programs even in harsh environments.
