STANDARD FEATURES

  • Easily adjust bag sizes with hand crank adjustments; "Motorized" also available  

  • Exclusive rebag feature allows introduction of hand filled bags into line-up
  • Bags are handled by the top only. This significantly reduces bag deformation which results in fewer bag closing failures.  
  • Gussett control and positive spout placement, maintain bag uniformity throughout the filling process  

  • Bag jogging conveyor squares the bottom of the bag to help prevent bag closing failures. Servo Motors "Decelerate" the filled bags from 350 FPM to 65 FPM

OPTIONS  

  • Tag Placer automatically applies multiple tags to each bag. (Picture above is shown from above)

  • Paper/Poly/Polywoven upgrade available

  • Special Anti-Corrosion Package with Stainless Steel 304 shafts, fittings, enclosures, adjusting screws, and lift chains plastic air and sealtite fittings

  • Tagger infeed belt assembly
