  • Each bag is shaped by use of a bag flattener or oscillating settler

  • Works with paper, burlap, poly, or woven bags

  • Each filled pallet is lowered by the hydraulic pallet elevator and indexed onto the pallet accumulating elevator

  • Speeds up to 20 bags per minute are maintained with no interruption in the cycle

  • Stacked pallets are easily handled by one man and can be loaded and unloaded by means of a small hand truck

  • Uses lightweight multi-trip injection molded polyethylene pallets

  • Pallets can be 12" x 23" or 15" x 24" and are available in a variety of colors and can be imprinted with your logo

  • Reduces man-hours significantly when trucks or rail cars when compared to manually loading or unloading

  • Holds up to 60 empty pallets

  • High speed accelerator conveyor with bag flattener with motorized flattener adjustment touch screen

  • Bag stack split plate section with bag sizing plate including automatic width and length adjustment with selection through operator touch screen

  • Pallet elevator with 65" clearance

  • 12' triple stand steel plate, filled pallet accumulating conveyor with 10 ½" elevation left or right hand discharge is available

  • Complete controls are mounted and include solid state programmable controls and touch screen

  • Vibrating bag flattening conveyor for conditioning bags prior to infeed to Unistacker. Includes complete set of angle iron plows and complete controls wired in Unistacker operator panel.
