Standard Duty & Deluxe Duty Lift Tables

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

A. MECHANICAL:

  1. Any oversize platform without bevel toe guards.
  2. Any size platform with bevel toe guards included.
  3. Wheel and dolly set for minimum length platforms.
  4. Caster wheels.
  5. Locking Caster wheels.

B. POWER UNITS:

  1. Standard Duty
  2. Deluxe (included on Deluxe Duty models); Can be substituted for standard power unit.
  3. High cycle; Can be substituted for standard power unit; Can be substituted for deluxe power unit (High cycle power units are external, continuous running and 3 phase.).
  4. External air operated power unit with manual valves. Can be substituted for internal standard power unit; Can be substituted for internal deluxe power unit.

C. CUSHIONS:

  1. Valve cushioned (standard on all units)
  2. Shock absorbers (standard on deluxe units only) (Platform size must be 6" longer or 6" wider than the standard minimum size when using shock absorbers.).

D. ELECTRICAL:

  1. Guarded foot switch.
  2. NEMA 4x pendant push button (included in price).
  3. NEMA 1 wall mount push button.
  4. Up-Down selector switch (key operated).
  5. Up-Down push button with key lockout.
  6. Limit switch loose.
  7. Limit switch mounted.
  8. Flashing light.

The standard power unit, which is the industry norm for lift tables, has all the valving built into the pump, thereby providing the least mass and area for heat dissipation.
The deluxe power unit has a separate valve manifold which allows eight times more heat dissipation for greater endurance and longer component life.
The external high cycle power unit with its large oil reservoir idles continuously to dissipate heat, thereby providing the greatest endurance for limited cycling.
Shock absorbers reduce any abrupt deceleration that may occur when a lift fully lowers.
