TIMED DISCHARGE ELIMINATES SPILLAGE

When the desired weight is reached, product flow stops. A switch must be operator-activated to discharge the weigh pan. Discharge will operate only after weighment is completed. Adjustable timer automatically refills the weigh pan after each discharge.

ADJUSTABLE FEED SYSTEM FOR FLEXIBILITY

The platform-mounted product hopper and vibratory feeder can be adjusted to a height that minimizes product free fall and impact for increased accuracy. The vibratory feeder is fully adjustable to a wide range of products, and a flow gate at the hopper throat controls product depth on the feeder pan.

NET WEIGH HOPPER IMPROVES ACCURACY

The air cylinder operated discharge gate of the weigh hopper provides positive closure of the weigh bucket. The feeder shuts off at the proper weight. The TE10 accurately packages materials from coffee, chemicals and food dyes to candy, charcoal, frozen meats and wood chips.

RELIABLE SOLID STATE LOAD CELL METER

The weigh pan is suspended from a strain gauge load cell, free of interference. No pivots or beams are used. The weigh meter is made of solid state electronic components and is accurate to 1/100th of a pound.

LARGE VOLUME HOPPER

With 2 cubic feet of hopper storage, the table-mounted TE10 will handle a wide range of products, from powders to granulars.

ELECTRONIC VIBRATING FEED PAN

The fully adjustable feed system includes a vibrating pan feeder to assure a constant flow of product.

CONVENIENT CONTROL PANELS

Controls are located for single operator convenience. The table-mounted model has heavy-duty hinged wing panels fabricated for durability.

DISCHARGE SYSTEM FOR OPTIMUM FILLING SPEED

Up to twenty weighments per minute are possible, depending on product weight and flowability.

LED WEIGH READOUT

The meter has zero and span adjustments. Cut off point can be preset, and is accurate on most products to 1/100th lb.

When table-mounted, discharge spout will extend 5 inches below table top. Bag spouts are below table top. Bag spouts are sized to correspond to weighment and package size.
