Taylor Products : OM-2A Bagging Scale     15 to 110 lbs. A fast bagging scale that reduces operator fatigue. Once the bag is positioned on the spout, the process is automatic. The scale clamps the bag in place, opens, fills the bag, shuts off and drops the bag. REMOVABLE FACE PLATE The face plate is removable for easy service. It protects the flow and gate controls, yet keeps them very accessible. CALIBRATED WEIGH BEAM The Taylor weight beam is calibrated in both pound and kilo weight. The poise may be set at desired weight on either scale. TARE WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT The Taylor Weight Scale Beam can be tare weighted to allow for empty bag weight or varying spout sizes. DIAMOND SHAPED SPOUT The bag spout is diamond shaped for rapid bag placement. Large and small mouth versions are available to accommodate all bag sizes. PATENTED TAYLOR WEIGHT SCALE BEAM The double beam, double poise scale is self-dampening, calibration fine adjustment weight and pointer are incorporated directly on the beam. ADJUSTABLE FLOW CONTROL SYSTEM The OM2 Series scale flow control regulates the speed of material going through the scale. Precision adjustments may be made for every product. POSITIVE GRIP BAG CLAMP ACTION Open mouth and pinch bottom bags can be positioned over the spout. The clamps grip the bag securely every time, and hold until filling is complete. PRECISE OVER-UNDER ADJUSTMENT A fine adjustment or cut-off on the scale closes the gate to keep weighments exact. Operations are smooth, with product weights repeating accurately every time. DIMENSIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS The OM2A Scale requires 115 volt electrical and 100 psi-2cfm air for controls. Normal depth from bin to floor line is 68" to 72". Mounting flange on hopper is to be 10½" wide.
