The inflatable bag clamp is mounted on a weigh mast assembly, suspended from a 500 pound capacity electronic load cell, with double flex leaves supporting the mast top and bottom to equalize the dead load. Once the bag is placed on the fill spout, the inflatable bladder expands to hold the bag in place. The controls and weigh meter are enclosed in a NEMA 12 panel. The weigh meter includes a 3 1/2 digit LED readout calibrated in pounds and 1/10'" of a pound, zero adjustment knob, and cutoff set point. controls include power on/off, and start/stop controls. Requires 115 volt single phase 60 Hz for controls, 230/460 volt 3 phase 60 Hz. For motor, and 80 psi compressed air at 3 CFM. NOTE: Inflatable Bladder can not hold bags weighing more that 60 pounds.
