INLET HOPPER WITH AGITATOR FEED SYSTEM
The flanged inlet hopper on the B-D Auger Packer accommodates a continuous flow of material. Agitator blades in the hopper keep all materials running smoothly into the feed system. The auto-reverse feature reduces waste and keeps weighments precise. Motors for the auger feed system are totally enclosed and fan cooled. A drop-bottom cleanout door with safety interlock switch makes cleaning and servicing easy.

ENGINEERED FOR RAPID, ACCURATE FILLING
The Taylor B-D Valve Bag Auger Packer is simple to operate, and is extremely accurate and efficient. The electronic B-D packer has a load cell with flex-leaf supported spout assembly that eliminates friction and drag. When the correct weight is attained, the auto-reverse systems stops the auger and runs it in reverse. Filling speeds vary with product. B-D Auger Packers can be adapted to open mouth bag and drum filling applications.
