- Dual belt conveyor designed to convey filled bags in an upright position through the closing system
- Handles multi-wall, textile, and polyethylene bags
- Available with hand crank or motorized vertical lift which allows the operator to easily adjust the working belt height

- Available belt widths of 6" to 10"
- 35 feet per minute belt speed
- Roller bed is standard, slider bed units are available for certain applications
STANDARD FEATURES - BEARINGS: 2 hole flange bearings on drive only with grease fittings and ball bearings sealed for life
- BELT: Two 6" or 10" wide black PVC belt
- CONSTRUCTION: Formed 12 gauge sheet metal with cross bracing painted with green industrial enamel
- FLOOR STANDS are adjustable channel iron
- MOTOR: 1 H.P. TEFC gear motor. Heavy duty shielded roller chain to drive shaft
- MAGNETIC starter
- NEMA 12 electrical controls
- PULLEYS: Two 8" diameter crowned and lagged drive pulleys; Two 4" diameter take-up pulleys; flat face snub pulleys
- ROLLER BED: 1.9" diameter rollers on 4" centers and 7/16" spring loaded hex shafts
- TAKE-UP: Stainless steel threaded rod with adjustable shield for take-up pulleys
OPTIONS - CASTERS: Rigid or swivel with floor locks
- GUARD RAILS: One side or both sides
