• Great for bagging corn pellets for fuel

• Low cost system

• Designed so one operator can bag, sew, and stack four bags per minute

• Uses a gross weigh bagging scale to fill the bag, once the bag is filled, it is discharged onto the conveyor

• Operator places a new bag on the scale spout where filling begins

• After moving down the conveyor, the first bag trips a microswitch which stops the conveyor

• The operator gussets the bag, depresses a foot pedal half way to restart the conveyor, then all depresses the foot pedal all the way down to run the sewing head

• After the bag is sewn, the operator removes his foot from the pedal. The sewing machine stops but the conveyor continues to run and the first bag is ready to be placed on a pallet

• The second bag is now filled.

• The operator releases it onto the conveyor and the process is then repeated
