The PILS 300 is a sealing system designed to close pinch style bags (stepped-end, multi wall paper with a pre-applied hot melt adhesive strip) that incorporates a heat-sealable polyethylene or foil inner liner. This bag style is the preference of end users who must have a complete, sift-proof closure.

The PILS 300 makes two separate, consecutive closures in one pass that is both efficient and cost effective. First, it seals the bags inner liner. Second, it reactivates the bag’s pre-applied adhesive area and forms a sealed hot-melt closure and automatically folds over the top of the bag. The system securely controls the bag top throughout the closing process, ensuring a perfect, durable, sift-proof bag seal every time.
