Fischbein : Model PILS-330 Super Pinch Inner Liner Sealer

Fischbein's all new PILS-330 is a sealing system designed to reliably close Pinch Style bags that incorporate a separate heat-sealable plastic inner bag.

Based on Fischbein's reliable PILS-300 Super Pinch^TM Inner Liner Sealer, the PILS-330 is the Fischbein sealer that completely separates the inner plastic bag from the glued top of the outer paper bag. In the first stage of the PILS-330 system, the inner plastic bag is sealed and separated. In the second stage, the outer paper bag's exterior, pre-glued paper flap is sealed, resulting in a bag within a bag.

This unique dual closure system is recommended in applications where sanitation standards must be maintained, such as food ingredients, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. The PILS-330's durable, sift-proof bag sealing system, allows the inner plastic bag to be quickly and easily separated from the outer paper bag before it is delivered to the clean room processing environment. Contaminants acquired while transporting the bag from the factory to the user are left on the discarded outer bag.
