The Model 4693 is a robust in-line scale for weighing items from 1 to 500 pouunds at speeds up to 220 feet per minute and production rates in excess of 50 units per minute.1 It uses a single “S-Type” load cell in an extremely accurate flexure scale base residing below the conveyor. Weigh station conveyors range from 28 inches long up to 5 feet long. Extremely accurate and dependable, the Model 4693 checkweight controller is specifically designed for harsh, abusive, dirty environments commonly found in cement, concrete, soil, bark, and carbon black bagging operations, as well as in cleaner applications such as for starch, flour, and salt. Easy-to-use full-sentence menus in both English and Spanish ensure easy operation. The Model 4693 can run full self-diagnostics with errors described onscreen. Also, the optional Statistical Process Reporting package allows you to print unit weights and reports on standard paper for analysis. Modular design makes it easily compatible with virtually any line of management tools. No special tools or training are required to set up the Model 4693; it requires only a single static calibration, which covers all weight ranges and provides extremely accurate and repeatable weights.
