The Legend Series Models 5, 7, and 10 are wireless-controlled dot-matrix ink jet coders designed for quick installation and ease of use. They print single or double line messages at rates up to 200 feet-per-minute (30 m), forward or reverse, depending on system setup conditions.1 The Legend Series wireless controller boasts enough memory for 160 different messages up to 40 characters per line, and each can include such variables as date, time, expiration code, work shift code, and box count. Software features include print delay, message width, valve adjustment, and print direction. Unique parameters such as character width, dot size, and product delay are also stored with each individual message. And the Legend technology allows an operator to control more than one Legend printer from a single wireless controller.
