Eriez E-Z Tec® Metal Detector

Indispensible for ensuring product purity and protecting downstream machinery from damaging metals in the product stream, the E-Z Tec is an extremely sensitive instrument used to detect ferrous, non–ferrous, and stainless steel contaminants. Angled 8" x 8" NEMA 4X control panel provides easy viewing and accessibility for sensitivity and phase adjustments. The 1000-increment phase control allows pinpoint adjustment of sensitivity to suit your exact application. Compact design allows for shorter conveyor lengths where space is at a premium. Available with analog electronics, or choose the MPC microprocessor-controlled unit that features a 32-product memory with individual settings for each, displays a reject report on the LCD screen, and allows for a permanent record to be retrieved via its RS232, RS485, or direct printer ports.
