The Model 2000VTM allows you to print unique tags that include variable data for bag tracking and inventory control, along with unique information such as product manufacture and expiration dates. And you can do it all in-house, online, and on demand. Quickly reformulate your product and have new tags online in a matter of minutes: no wasted tags, time, or money. Being able to print only what you need eliminates scrap and wasteful overruns. Digital formats make it easy to modify and distribute tags. Automatic tag insertion frees your operator to perform other tasks, increasing production. The Model 2000VTM prints tags in various lengths and widths that have been digitally designed and subsequently stored in its internal memory, including graphics, logos, and barcodes. Once a tag in memory has been selected it is individually printed, cut to the prescribed length, and inserted automatically as the bag passes. Variable data can include expiration dates, bag count, time/date of manufacture, plant code, barcode, company graphics, and numerous color options.
