The Rapat Model V-HDV is a heavy duty, V-belt, bag closing conveyor design to work in concert with a heat sealer or sewing head. The 900 positioned dual 8” smooth PVC belts are particularly suitable for bagged products that are inherently unstable and difficult to keep upright. The ½ HP totally enclosed fan-cooled motor produces a belt speed of 40 fpm. The 8’ V-HDV conveyor has a 12-gauge formed & welded steel slider bed and is adjustable from 13” to 29” top-of-belt height.
