Bagging Equipment Preventive Services

INPAK SYSTEMS offers bagging equipment preventive services on most major manufacturer’s bag handling equipment (e.g. Hamer, Fischbein, APM, ESP, JEM, Newlong, Saxon, Taylor & Union Special).

Typical equipment that Inpak Systems offers preventative maintenance services for are:

  • Fischbein, APM and Saxon paper and poly bag sealers
  • Fischbein, Newlong, Service Thread & Union Special portable, large plain head, & large tape head bag sewing equipment
  • Hamer, ESP, JEM & Taylor open mouth and valve type bag filling systems.

To prevent downtime and emergency repairs, we recommend that your bag handling equipment should be serviced every 500 hours (every 3 months when running a single shift).

Depending on the equipment, INPAK SYSTEMS offers either in-plant or mail-in preventive maintenance services. You can schedule one of our OEM-trained technicians to service your equipment regularly (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annually) or we can customize a bag filling equipment preventive service program that precisely fits your needs.

WHAT BAG CLOSING PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE INCLUDES

A typical preventive maintenance visit includes: inspection, cleaning, replacement of worn parts, adjustment and testing to insure your equipment is operating at OEM specifications. INPAK SYSTEMS uses genuine OEM parts to insure your equipment will operate at maximum efficiency. In addition, during in-plant preventive maintenance, we can also provide training on proper operation, adjustments and routine maintenance that will ensure your equipment is kept running at maximum production efficiency.

Our INPAK service technicians average over 20 years of experience repairing and maintaining industrial bagging and sewing equipment. This experience allows them to bring with them the correct parts necessary to for the bag closing equipment maintenance service. They regularly receive OEM training on new equipment as it comes to market.
