Hamer Model 355 Gross Weigh Bag Filling Scale
Constructed of heavy-duty reliable components for durability and dependability with minimum maintenance, the Hamer Model 355 Bagging & Weighing System can automatically dispense from 20-100 pounds of produce into cartons, and paper, mesh, burlap, or poly bags. Rates of 400, 50 pound bags per hour are typical, depending on your operational parameters. Placing bag on pneumatic clamp sets conveyor in motion and begins product flow into bag. Belt speed slows when bag is within 2 pound of desired weight, stops when it's achieved, and pneumatic clamp closes to catch and hold in-flight product. Filled bag is released onto the platform. Ideal for potatoes, onions, carrots, parsnips, walnuts, and similar produce.
