Repair Services FAQs

We provide expert repair for nearly all major brands of bagging equipment, including bag fillers, conveyors, and closers from manufacturers like Fischbein, American Newlong, Union Special, and many others.

We offer two flexible options: Mail-In Repair for portable sewers and sewing heads, and In-Plant Field Service for larger, fixed systems that cannot be easily moved. We can make exceptions to service small machines on-site when required by the customer, but our preference for sewing heads in particular is that they be shipped to us for repair.

To schedule service, contact our service department at 608-221-8180 Ext. 3 or [email protected]. We can often provide a remote diagnosis (up to 30 mins free) if you provide photos or video of the issue. Diagnostic time exceeding 30 minutes will be billed at our standard service rate.

Our mail-in repair rate is $110/hr plus parts and shipping. Field service is billed at $175/hr plus parts and travel expenses.

Every repair follows our “Buddy System” protocol: one technician performs the repair and testing, and a second technician independently verifies the unit meets OEM standards before it is released.
