Super Sack Unloaders
Bulk bag unloaders are used to empty product from bulk bags (sometimes called: super sacks, jumbo bags, FIBCs, totes or big bags). A fork lift is used to lift the bulk bag on to a frame. The bottom of the bulk bag is connected to a discharge valve which is used to empty the contents into smaller bags or onto a feeder conveyor.

Hoist-and-Trolley utilizes an integral I-beam to lift and position bags: Use if you lack dedicated forklift availability or have restricted floor space.
Fork-Truck uses a dedicated lifting frame picked up directly by your forklift tines. Use if you have low overhead clearance & forklift availability.
Clearance varies heavily by loading style. Fork-truck models typically require less vertical footprint but need wide aisle clearance. Hoist models require extended vertical headroom to clear the I-beam and hoist mechanism. Contact us with your facility dimensions and we will help determine what system will fit your floor plan.
Yes, we offer unloaders with adjustable bag-retention frames that can accommodate 35“ to 84” bag heights.
Yes, we offer unloaders for food/pharma grade products and corrosive materials. Contact our technical engineers with your product information & they will help determine your unloader specifications.
Our unloader can feed directly into supply conveyors, loss-in-weight feeders and bag/container fillers.
For non-free-flowing materials (like powders or starch), optional pneumatic massage paddles or timed vibrational plates can break up bridges and ensure complete product discharge.
Yes, for hazardous or dusty applications, an optional sealed dust containment chamber featuring a gloved access door and dust collection port is available.
