The Model S-7 Dual Lane Weigh Filler by Logical Machines offers all the features of their Model S-6 Cascading Weigh Filler, but adds a second lane for twice the speed and production efficiency. It is specially engineered to accomodate any dry bulk material, especially difficult-to-run materials such as crackers, chips, and other non-free flowing products that can cause problems for other machines. Highly consistent filling is achieved by the easy-to-use, extremly accurate, self-adjusting Logical Controller II, which allows for three different operating modes: In Simultaneous Mode, the S-7 fills both hoppers at the same time. In Individual Mode, it drops whichever hopper is at weight. And in Mix Mode, it can be set to weigh two different materials at different weights in order to mix products easily into the same container. Powder coated chassis and stainless steel surfaces ensure years of service. Requires only 30" x 34" of floor space. Can achieve 600-1200 fill-per-hour, depending on your operational parameters.
