Chantland AP 1000 System Features, Performance & Applications

The Chantland AP 1000 is an automatic bag placer machine designed for open-mouth bagging systems. The AP 1000 bag placer is designed to open and place a variety of paper, plastic & poly woven bags on the spout of a filling station. The AP 1000 can place bags at rates up to of 15 (50 lb.) or 10 (100 lb.) bags/minute.

How the Chantland AP 1000 Operates

Flat stacked open mouth bags are loaded on a SS bag lift table where a suction cup rail picks up a single bag and positions it in the pickup area. A second suction cup rail picks up the bag and positions it under the filling spout. The bag is clamped to the spout & opened pneumatically. The bag is then filled and released. An optional empty bag delivery conveyor is available.
