The Choice Bagging Equipment Model 5100 is a gravity fed bulk bag filler for free-flowing products. The Model 510 can fill 500 lb. to 4,400 lb. bulk bags (also known as super sacks, totes and IBCs) up to 10 bags/hour. Typical applications include: fertilizer, corn, soybeans, salt, sugar, sand, limestone, and pellets.
It has a digital scale and an inflatable bag seal cuff for dust-free filling. Optional slide gates, augers, or rotary air locks increase its material handling range. A pre-fill inflator and a densifier to settle material during filling are also available.
