The Fuji-Ace EC Series robotic palletizers are fully articulated robots specifically designed to load pallets with bags, cases, pails, drums, bottles or boxes. The EC Series has a 330o arm rotation and can load up to 2,400 bags/hr. Available in nine different models (HS = high speed, HD = heavy duty, W = super weigh), the EC Series can be configured for a wide variety of layouts and options. Operations are programed, stored and monitored through a touch screen interface. Programed pallet patterns can be stored and load inventories tracked and a PLC/Ethernet connection is available for product counts, alarm codes and height adjustments.
