Hamer Model 1200 BH System Features, Performance & Applications
The Hamer 1200BH is a high-speed automatic bag placer machine designed to fit into any plant. The 1200BH bag placer can place and hang gusseted or pillow-style open-mouth bags, including multi-wall paper, poly, poly-laminate, and poly-woven laminated bags. With a 250-bag magazine and a throughput capacity of up to 20 bags per minute (BPM), the 1200BH delivers consistent, high-efficiency bag placement for a wide range of products and industries.
How the Hamer Model 1200BH Operates
The 1200BH bag placer machine automatically picks up a bag, opens the bag, positions it on the spout, and then clamps the bag on the spout ready to be filled. At the end of the cycle, the 1200BH releases the filled bag.
