The Hamer Model 2090 is an automated, horizontal, form/fill/seal poly bagging system designed to: form the bag, place the bag under the filling chute, fill the bag with the desired weigh of product and then seal the bag closed. The Model 2090 is specifically designed to support a wide variety of bag sizes from 10 3/4″; to 26″; wide and up to 42″; long and various types of bags such as bottom gusset, zipper, top trimmed, miter corner and handle. Its exclusive QuickAdjust™ system reduces bag-changing time by 200% relative to previous designs and complex bag changes can be accomplished in less than 15 minutes. The exclusive double-sealed, self-cleaning pulley design requires no adjustments and keeps contaminants away from the belt-path bearings. The all-new MaxFill™ chute-and-jaw design gets more product into the bag more quickly: up to 34 bags per minute, depending on bag quality, flow rates, and your operational parameters1. Built with a modular frame, a wide range of bag and machine options can be added during initial machine build, or afterward in the field.
