Fischbein PILS-300 Pinch Inner-Liner Sealer
The Fischbein PILS-300 is a pinch inner-liner sealer for multi-wall paper bags. It’s designed to close a pre-glued, pinch-style bag with a heat-sealable PE (polyethylene) or foil inner liner.

The machine makes two separate and consecutive closures in a single pass. First, it seals the bag’s PE inner liner and then it reactivates the bag’s pre-applied hot melt adhesive strip and automatically folds over the top of the bag, forming a sift-proof closure.

The PILS-300 is capable of speeds as high as 75 fpm and is compatible with either semi or fully-automated bagging systems. It’s also engineered with a high-speed, maintenance-free, direct drive system that maximizes production.

The sift-proof closure makes this bag style perfect for use with certain food products, food additives, dry chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, and pet food products.
