Wood chips and wood shavings used in smoking are typically sold by volume and are available in 179 – 350 cu. in. (about 1-2 lb.) poly bags or pouches. Sawdust used for bedding and as an adsorbent is sold in 10 to 100 lb. poly bags and 2,000 lb. super sacks.
For small poly bags and pouches of wood chips, wood shavings, and sawdust, we recommend the Weigh Right iQ-1E net weigh, digital scale and the the APM VBS band sealer.
For palletizing we recommend the Hamer Robotic Palletizer, and the ARPAC Pro pallet stretch wrapper.
