The Express Scale Model 900V is a dual V belt, bag closing conveyor designed to be used in conjunction with a sewing head or heat sealer. Twin V-configured 8” wide 3 ply rough-top neoprene belts provide a tough, non-slip surface that maintains bags securely in an upright position through bag-closing. The Model 900V is ideal for fluid products or for bulk materials with densities less than 15 lb./ft3 Available in 8’ to 16’ lengths, the Model 900V’s legs have individual cranks to adjust height for uneven floors. The Model 900 V is equipped with a variable-speed ½ HP DC motor and depending on operational parameters, bag sizes, and product types, can produce belt speeds up to 40 fpm for simplex scales and 55 fpm for duplex scales.
