The Express Scale Model MCRS-180 is a complete gross weigh bagging system ideal for filling and sealing open mouth 10 to 50 lb. polyethylene bags filled with a variety of lawn & garden products: gravel, aggregates, mulch, crushed rock up to ¾”, topsoil, compost, or sand.
Ergonomically designed to accommodate one-man operation at a rate of three bags per minute. The system consists of a feed hopper, incline conveyor, mechanical weighing system, and bag jaw sealer.
Options include: digital scale, dust tight spouts, band sealer.
