A power infeed aligns and guides the bag into the sewing head. An infeed produces a consistent closing, increases production & operator safety, and reduces operator fatigue.
Fischbein offers infeeds for both plain sewing and tape sewing systems that will meet the requirements of virtually any manual or automated bag sewing application. Infeeds are also available that can add product tags, trim bag tops, and fold over bags. Infeeds with VFD (variable frequency drive) are used with fully automated sewing systems.
The Fiscbein Infeeds are compatible with the Fischbein 400, 400T and 500T bag sewing systems.
PLAIN SEW INFEEDS
D4380 – Standard, short length [13.50 inches] plain sew infeed that guides the bag top into the sewing head. Operational range is 35-55 fpm.
29520 NT(1) – Standard, medium length [22.75 inches] plain sew infeed that automatically guides the bag top into the sewing system. Operational range is 35-70 fpm.
A2796(1) – Blunt nose, long length [33.00 inches] plan sew infeed is used where the bag is transferred from a hanger/scale directly to the plain sewing system. Operational range is 35-60 fpm.
A2940 – Fold-over, medium length [22.75 inches] plain sew infeed automatically folds the bag top over towards the rear, resulting in a stronger bag closure . The perfect solution for closing woven and laminated woven polypropylene bags. Operational range is 35 to 50 fpm.
